We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with responsibility for our European business. This role combines hands-on sales management and coordination of European distribution markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial expertise and passion for advancing infectious disease diagnostics in the European market.
Ihre Aufgaben
Being responsible for the sales of altona Diagnostics products and diagnostic solutions in Europe
Driving business within the designated region
Managing teams in direct markets and handling European distributors to ensure high performance
Interacting with our European subsidiaries, introducing new products and solutions, identifying and supporting best sales practices
Establishing and maintaining close relationships with key stakeholders in clinical diagnostic labs in Europe
Identifying successful sales approaches and developing market strategies, including forecasting and budgeting
Representing altona Diagnostics at international conferences and trade shows
Ihr Profil
University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualification
Experience and proven sales track record of molecular diagnostic products in European markets
Excellent skills in communicating complex scientific and clinical concepts
Self-motivation with strong organizational skills
Ambition to build up and expand business in a dynamic company environment
Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe and a valid category B driver’s licence
Reliability and a convincing, engaging demeanor at all levels of the company
Outstanding negotiation and strong sales closing skills
Fluent in business English and proficient in German, both spoken and written
