With €150M+ in transactions and support from industry leaders, we are growing fast – and we need ambitious people to grow with us Your challenge Your Mission – Digital Sales Focus As a Digital Sales Intern for the Baltic markets (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the region: Engage with customers – communicate in a Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian), prepare offers, follow up on leads Support the sales funnel – from first contact to successful deal closing Leverage AI tools – work with our sales automation systems to make processes faster and smarter Boost customer happiness – ensure buyers and sellers feel supported every step of the way Your profile Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally near graduation Available for a minimum of 3 months in Hamburg Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian required; Russian is a strong plus Solid English skills for internal communication Strong communicator, motivated by reaching goals and helping customers succeed Eager to learn and ready to take responsibility from day one Our proposition What We Offer €1,000 monthly top-up on top of your Erasmus+ grant Direct impact – your work will shape our growth in the Baltics Mentorship from experienced sales professionals Startup culture with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making Career springboard – many interns join E-FARM full-time
