Join our Cronon Team as a Technical Account Manager (m/f/d), where you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our IT administration unit. As a leader in a fast-paced and innovative environment, you will oversee the planning, coordination and consolidated team activities, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments. Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
Provide clear and responsive communication via email and phone (including on-call support).
Understand the client's business needs and help coordinate the delivery of services accordingly.
Foster strong, long-term relationships based on trust and reliability.
Incident & Request Coordination
Assist with the coordination of incidents and service requests.
Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
Keep clients informed about ongoing issues and progress updates.
Support the documentation and follow-up of infrastructure changes.
Project Coordination
Help plan and monitor small to mid-sized projects with support from senior team members.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project tasks.
Track project status and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Support testing and implementation phases.
Promote process improvement and clear documentation.
Qualifications
Business Fluent German (B2 CEFR or above).
2+ years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a service-oriented mindset.
Telephone availability to meet customer needs during weekends.
