Please note that for this role, C2-level English proficiency is required. This is a fully on-site position based in Berlin.
What you will do ✨
Be our first Account Executive for the UK. Build the foundation for future growth
Work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to improve lead quality and conversion
Build strong relationships with B2B clients like solar and heatpump installers (SMBs)
Run demos, close deals and be hands on wherever needed
Track customer needs, competitors, and market trends to sharpen our approach.
What Makes You a Great Fit ✅
Strong knowledge of SMB software sales (3+ years experience) in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups
Knowledge of UK sales and go-to-market dynamics
Passion for innovation in renewable energy
Strong closer with a collaborative mindset
Proactive, flexible, and resilient in fast-changing environments
️ Excellent English communication and presentation skills
