Role Description and main responsibilities:


This is a full-time on-site role located in Düsseldorf for a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) at Huawei Consumer Business Group.

 

•   Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and market trends in CE channels to build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners.

•   Formulate and implement sales strategies tailored to CE channels. Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand market presence in the sales channels and drive revenue growth.

•   Identify market opportunities and set clear targets. Monitor sales metrics and ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue and profit goals.

•   Negotiate yearly contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements to secure strategic partnership and optimize sales performance.

•   Work closely with other internal teams (GTM, MTK, Retail etc.) to design and execute product launch, or other promotions and sales activities. Improve brand awareness and consistency across all consumer touchpoints of the channel partners.

•   Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management. Resolve operational issues to maintain strong partner relationships.


Requirements:


•   Bachelor degree or above;

•   5+ years’ experience in B2C sales (500+ company employees preferred);

•   Experience with channel/operator sales would be an advantage;

•   Good knowledge of B2C sales process;

•   Project management process knowledge;

•   Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;

•   Excellent oral and written English skills;

•   Never give up mentality.
