As Sales Representative smb your focus will be to increase the ELO market share in Germany, Austria and Switserland. You will provide a full range of market-leading portfolio such as point of sales, self-checkout and price checking solutions for every customer.
Job Purpose & Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain new business opportunities.
- Perform daily outbound calling activity focused on promoting Elo’s solutions to prospects, customers and partners.
- Customer visits to identify and expand key accounts across the region and generate new business.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Achieve or exceed sales revenue target and meet the requirements for accurate data entry into our sales database (including forecasts).
- Work closely with the Country Manager to determine a strategic approach in the country/region.
- Work closely with FAE to follow up with ISV’s on certifications of AiO products.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Elo products and services, industry trends, and competition.
- Be a key member and contributor to the EMEA Sales team.
- Participation/Presence at international/national exhibitions or customer events are required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Management
- At least 3-years of commercial or technical sales experience in hardware/ software
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent command of written and spoken German and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of computing technology and comfortable discussing technology with customers
- Experience working with CRM tools (SalesForce.com is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organization functions

- Strong communication skills and presentation skills (live, video, phone)
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
- A persistent, self-starter with a track record of successful, credible follow-up and (cold) calling in to multiple levels within an organization
- A team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment with a desire to work with others for broader success
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (30-50%)
