For our Power Utility Communication Team in Berlin (Germany) and Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for cybersecurity prospects in German-speaking countries and beyond. Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity, full or part time (f/m/x) What's it all about? Qualify leads and conduct first outreach (via cold/warm calls, social media, etc.) Follow up with prospects from marketing campaigns, webinars, and events Coordinate follow-up appointments for the regional Cybersecurity Sales Manager Enrich and maintain CRM data in MS Dynamics 365 Identify and generate new IT decision-maker contacts using social media and other tools Support our marketing team by closing the loop on campaign-generated leads Use reporting tools (Power BI, CRM) to track outreach performance and pipeline contribution What are we looking for? A technical background and experience in IT, ideally with knowledge in networking and/or cybersecurity. Solid digital skills and a strong willingness to learn and apply new tools and techniques, such as social selling. Excellent communication skills in German and very good English; confident in reaching out to new contacts and handling rejection. A customer-focused mindset with a proactive, structured approach to work and strong organizational abilities. A natural flair for technical sales, with a hands-on attitude and a drive to make things happen. What makes us a great place to work?
