About The Role

As a Junior Account Manager you will take care of specific initiatives to support the Enterprise team, reporting to the Head of Enterprise, Emerging Accounts.

You will own the end to end brand activation process, from data collection, to a store's first trip, and live monitoring to ensure KPIs are met.

You will build knowledge of the Uber Eats product and our internal processes with the goal of helping our partners grow their delivery business and making Uber Eats the most loved delivery platform.

This role calls for a combination of problem solving, clean client communication, and a strong sense of ownership. You should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving problems, thrive in a startup culture, and above all, be passionate about our restaurant partners.

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

  • 1-3 years professional experience, ideally in a similar operational function.
  • Ensure restaurants go live efficiently, on time, and with no issues as you will have ownership of processes and procedures to measure success.
  • Improve existing analytical tools for restaurant data collection and live monitoring of restaurant activations.
  • Monitor KPIs such as restaurant online ratio, first trip timings and completion, marketing spend and total sales during multiple check-points of the restaurant life cycle.
  • Understand Salesforce and other internal processes and manage data cleanliness.
  • Analyse data to support client decision-making.
  • Work cross functionally with multiple teams to drive initiatives forward - teamwork is key!

---- Basic Qualifications ----

  • Proficiency in both, German and English.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively whilst working with multiple stakeholders on tight deadlines.
  • Problem solving skills. When you see a problem, you work hard and think out of the box until you fix it. You're not afraid to suggest improvements and share timely feedback.

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

  • Proficient Google Sheets and SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
