Reed & Mackay leads global business travel and event management with exceptional service and innovative technology. As part of the Navan Group, we’re shaping the future of business travel.


We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to grow our presence in Germany. This field-based role focuses on winning new clients, building relationships, and boosting brand visibility.


What You'll Do

  • Generate and close new business through networking, marketing, and existing accounts.
  • Manage the sales cycle and maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce).
  • Build a local network via industry associations (TBTA, VDR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Germany and globally.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven business travel sales experience in the German market.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A “sales hunter” mindset - motivated, results-driven, and action-oriented.
