Our products serve industries such as lithium battery, pharmaceuticals, food, infrastructure, and electronics. Key clients include CATL, PowerCo (Volkswagen Group), BYD, and more. Our company has production bases in Liyang, Yibin (China), and Hungary.
About the Role: This role involves various responsibilities including market research, achieving sales targets, technical solution management, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Market Research:
- Conduct market research, collect product market information and approach potential customers.
- According to the arrangement, provide the market analysis report.
Achieve Sales Target:
- Meet or exceed annual & quarterly targets, cultivate a sales funnel of industrial opportunities, and actively manage these opportunities to develop potential/target customers across different channels and continuously maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Implement the company's marketing strategy and carry out market development tasks.
Technical Solution Management:
- Customer requirement: clarify business pain points, goals and constraints (such as budget, time, and compliance requirements) through surveys, interviews, and seminars.
- Technical feasibility assessment: analyze the existing technical architecture and resource capabilities, and evaluate the technical feasibility of the solution (such as compatibility and scalability).
- Solution architecture design: formulate a technical architecture blueprint (such as hardware, software, network, and data architecture), and clarify module division and interface definition, etc.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Collect information of potential customers for sales work.
- Coordinate and handle relationships between relevant customers and business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in marketing, international trade, engineering, HVAC or related majors.
- Above 2 years sales experience in relevant industrial such as automation systems/ clean room/ dehumidification solutions/ HVAC systems.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, detail-focused and result & customer oriented.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English; speaking Chinese is a plus.
Required Skills:
- HVAC/AHU/ Mechanical engineer background,knowledge of technical solution design.
- proven sales record and excellent sales & interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in market development
- Experience in HVAC or related industries.
