Junior Marketing Manager

We've partnered with a fast-scaling digital business operating one of Europe's leading online platforms in the lottery, gaming, and e-commerce space — think dream homes, big wins, and charity-driven experiences.

Right now, they’re on the lookout for an Junior Marketing Manager to join their dedicated App Marketing team. You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end ASO strategy, working across Google Play and App Store to improve visibility, drive installs, and increase user retention.

Junior Marketing Marketing- Exp in ASO Required (OR strong desire to specialise in this!)

Location: Hamburg / Hybrid (1x/month in office)

Language: Fluent German (C1+) Required

What You’ll Do:

• Support the ASO team with keyword research and metadata updates
• Help run A/B tests and gather competitive insights
• Use ASO tools like AppTweak or Sensor Tower to track app performance
• Assist the creative team in testing visual assets
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on ASO tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience or strong interest in ASO, mobile marketing, or growth marketing (internship, projects, or up to 1 year)
• Basic familiarity with ASO tools and a willingness to learn
• Any experience with Google Ads or Apple Search Ads is a bonus
• Good eye for design and writing that engages users
• Fluent German (C1+)
