Beschreibung

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies for the European market, covering passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and energy storage systems (ESS);

Strengthen relationships with existing OEM clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving customer lifetime value through proactive engagement;

Lead commercial negotiations and project execution with major OEMs (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, VW), securing long-term partnership agreements and expanding business volume;

Build and manage a cross-regional sales and BD team (China-Europe), implement CRM and customer lifecycle management practices to boost operational excellence and client retention;

Monitor and analyze European market policies, customer trends, product evolution, and competitor landscape to support tailored product offerings and differentiated market entry strategies;

Coordinate cross-functional teams (including R&D, supply chain, quality, delivery, and legal) to ensure on-time and high-quality execution of key customer projects;

Represent the company at major European industry events and exhibitions (such as the Battery Show, EVS, and IAA Mobility) to elevate brand visibility and commercial reputation.


Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Engineering, International Trade; MBA preferred;

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in international sales and business development, with 5+ years specifically in the EV battery or automotive sector, working directly with OEMs;

Proven record of leading and closing major OEM partnership deals valued at €50M or above, with full-cycle project ownership from acquisition to delivery;

Solid knowledge of EU compliance and certification standards related to batteries and sustainability, such as UN38.3, EUC, and CBAM;

Strong leadership in cross-cultural team management and high-level B2B negotiation, with the ability to drive collaboration across multiple departments and geographies;

Fluent in English and German, with excellent intercultural communication and professional writing skills;
