Beschreibung
Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join their sales team. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients and prospects.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to sales leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and relevant internships may be considered.
