We’re hiring a Sales Executive to help us strengthen our presence in Germany, and guide organizations toward workforce solutions that deliver real business value.
This is what you do You don’t sell black boxes - you sell insights, impact, and trust. As our Sales Executive for Germany, you’ll join a close-knit DACH team (four direct teammates) to turn warm leads into long-term customers. You’ll reach out across industries, spark curiosity with tailored demos, and help prospects see the full potential of Dyflexis.
Every lead is different. That’s where your consultative selling style shines. You ask the right questions, spot the unique business requirements (UBRs), and help our developers tailor the solution to fit perfectly. You're not chasing numbers, you’re building win-win partnerships that last.
From virtual pitches to face-to-face meetings with decision-makers, you lead the entire sales process with confidence. And even after the go-live, you stay in touch to strengthen the relationship. Because for you, selling doesn’t end with a signature, it starts there.

This is what you need
At least 3 years of experience in software sales or a similar consultative selling environment.
Fluency in both German and English.
A solid understanding of German business culture (you know the difference between a Kulmbacher and a Thüringer).
Proven ability to build trust and deliver value-driven solutions.
Self-starting mindset, readiness to travel, and a passion for networking.
