"The Collective Ace Group" is a one-stop Service Hub in the Gaming industry, providing the best-in-class services for our clients with all the convenience of a one-stop solution. We are currently looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to support all the companies in the Group with developing the BD efforts. In the following role, you will be working closely with our Head of Business Development based in Barcelona and other members of the BD and Corporate Teams.

Area of responsibility:
Clearly understand the capabilities of each company in the Group and their targets
Be in touch with all the BD teams within the Group and be aware of their current clients/pipelines
Be in touch with the key gaming companies and understand their needs for game development outsourcing
Contact potential clients, offer game development outsourcing services, close deals
Help building assets pipeline through LiveOps sales
Leverage your existing network of contacts to create growth opportunities
Support with Key Account Management for Big Accounts (Group companies)Be structured and manage deal-flow in CRM
Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of experience in the video gaming or tech industry in the area of Business Development or Sales
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation) in English
Understanding of the Game Development lifecycle
Proven track record of building relationships and successfully closing business deals
Ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a global team of professionals
Ability to act fast, be structured, self-motivated, and stay focused on delivering goals
Ability to work well independently and with a group
Experience presenting to an executive-level audience is a plus
