DACH Mid-Market Account Executive
Location: Germany (Remote)
Salary: €150K OTE

Backed by top-tier investors, and ranked in the top 20 in the space, they are now expanding their presence across the DACH region.
Their DACH Mid-Market team is the highest-performing sales region in EMEA, and they’re now hiring an ambitious Account Executive to join the team and take things even further.
The Role
You’ll be joining as part of the lower enterprise team. This role offers a mix of SMB, mid-market, and large enterprise customers, with deal sizes ranging from €10k to over €350k ACV.
This is a full-cycle, consultative sales role - working within a pod system alongside SDRs and reporting into experienced leadership based in Germany and the UK. You’ll be expected to generate pipeline, run complex discovery, and close high-value, solution-led deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, pitch, and close mid-market accounts across the DACH region
- Own the full sales cycle
- Work alongside SDRs and cross-functional teams to support pipeline and drive results
- Run value-based discovery and qualify opportunities using MEDDIC
- Drive consistent outbound activity
- Manage and forecast pipeline with accuracy and urgency
What Does Success Look Like? You’ll be exceeding your fully-ramped quarterly target (€105K), closing significant new ARR with key mid-market logos, and positioning yourself for further growth within a high-performing sales culture.
Requirements:
- 18+ months in a full-cycle, closing (quota-carrying) SaaS sales role
- Native-level / fluent German language skills
- Proven ability to independently close deals above €10k ARR
- Experience in mid-market sales with complex deal cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Strong track record of quota attainment and outbound prospecting
- Comfortable with a high-volume sales motion
- Familiarity with MEDDIC and value-based selling
- Strong work ethic, drive, and a collaborative mindset
