Beschreibung
I am looking for sales professionals with successful experience in the B2B SaaS domain to join a German start-up that works on modernizing and digitalizing automotive manufacturing.
In this role, you will be in charge of one of their biggest account. This is a remote role but you have to reside in Germany.
You will:
- manage the entire sales process - from lead generation to the successful closing of the enterprise software deals
- develop creative and effective sales strategies to tap into unused opportunities in your territory and meet and even exceed the sales targets for the SaaS product
- build a strong SaaS network through targeted networking with CTOs and other high-ranking decision-makers, as well as by generating new business, build a strong SaaS network
- ensure precise sales forecasts through meticulous documentation in Salesforce
- create positive customer experiences and develop strategic account mapping to achieve sustainable growth in your key accounts in close cooperation with the technical pre-sales and value teams
You have:
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales with a focus on automotive, aviation or defense
- experience in strategic account planning and identifying new business cases as well as up- and cross-selling opportunities and use suitable frameworks such as SPIN or MEDDIC
- understanding of complex sales cycles
- previous experience managing Volkswagen account
- experience of defining, together with the customer, specific solutions with added value and high-scaling potential
- experience communicating confidently and in a target group-oriented manner up to C-level and independently leading complex negotiations with the aim of a successful deal closing in the enterprise segment
- foresight and a structured and efficient way of working that enables you to process and prioritize a wide range of sales opportunities in parallel.
- Fluency in both German and English.
