Inside Sales Specialist – Frankfurt (Hybrid)

📍 Location: Frankfurt, Germany

🕘 Work Model: Hybrid (office + home-based)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing business partners, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Source and onboard new partners through outbound sales activity and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Deliver virtual sales presentations, negotiate agreements, and guide partners through the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and enhance overall partner experience.


About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English.
  • A confident communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and excited by working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
