About the role:


We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven salesperson who thrives on cold calling, generating leads, and closing deals. Your phone is your most important tool, and you know how to build relationships quickly and effectively.


This role is all about proactive sales and business development. You will be responsible for identifying and securing rental properties across Frankfurt and Germany, ensuring we always have the best housing options available for our clients.

Key responsibilities:


  • Cold calling and prospecting property owners, real estate agents, and landlords.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with property owners and key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and securing rental properties that meet our clients' needs.
  • Negotiating lease agreements and ensuring the best possible terms.
  • Managing deals from initial contact to contract completion.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.


What we are looking for:


  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong sales background, preferably in real estate, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
